our pet policy
We welcome your well-behaved indoor pet and we do ask you to carefully review our pet policies.
There is a non-refundable charge of $10.00 per pet. A current credit card must be on file.
Up to 2 pets are allowed in rooms 111 & 120 which are located on the river side.
Pets must be declared during guest registration. Guests who do not register their pet or bring non-approved pets into a guest room will be charged a $200.00 fee. Please remember that there are many people who have severe allergies to animal dander.
Pets are not to be left unattended at any time during their stay at the Hotel.
- Pets must always be on a leash or in a crate while they are in any public or common place within the Hotel.
- Pets are not permitted in any of the food and beverage areas or at the pool.
- Pet owner must pick up after their pets.
As the registered guest, you are financially responsible for:
- Any excessive and/or exceptional cleaning charge at the Hotel, and this includes but is not limited to pet odors and pet stains,
- Any injuries to Hotel employees or Hotel guest caused by the pet.
You will be given an opportunity to respond to any noise complaints from other Hotel guests. In the event that you are unable to satisfy this request, you may be asked to leave the property and could be financially responsible for any and all costs associated with appeasing the guest complaints.
Licensed Service Animals are welcomed throughout the property.
